Grand Land presents a ribbon-inspired Christmas tree

OVER many centuries of celebrating and spreading the holiday cheer, the choice of themes for their Christmas trees have evolved. Themed Christmas trees not only spice up holiday decor, but they also spark creativity and tell stories to share.

Grand Residences Cebu has broken with tradition with its Christmas tree that more than dazzles, with its unique and more meaningful Christmas tree inspired by the ribbon that stands in front of its lobby.

A ribbon is a symbol of awareness and support, and for Grand Land Inc. (GLI) President Ryan Bernard Go, “it also binds us as a community in these difficult times.” GLI is the developer of Grand Land Residences.

The tree-lighting ceremony also marked the renewal of the clubhouse and other amenities, including a wide range of leisure and fitness facilities to choose from.

“The ribbon is also a way to wrap it (our amenities as a gift) and show that we are committed to giving them what we have promised,” Go said.

The Grand Tuners rocked guests with Christmas carols as they tasted appetizers. The presentation was followed by a countdown led by Vice President of Development Tina Pestaño.

Go also shared that their condominium projects are considered one of the youngest real estate developers in the Cebu metropolitan area, successfully recognized in the real estate industry and having won Philippine Property Awards in recent years and won awards in five categories in DOT Property. Philippines Awards 2021: Best Cebu Developer, Best Real Estate Investment for Grand Residences Cebu, Best Mid-Range Housing Development for City Homes Minglanilla, Best Serviced Apartment in the Philippines for Dusit D2 Residences and People’s Choice Award.

Grand Residences Cebu, which won two awards, has unique features. The development includes five residential towers with serviced residences and a large shopping complex that provides an environment for living, working and playing.

“This city-within-city concept surrounded by elevated natural lawns and abundant subtropical landscaping, a vine-draped terrace and generous open gardens provides ample space for recreation and family reunions,” said added Go.
